Courtnay Mecca, MS, LDN, CNS
Courtnay Mecca is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist, a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, and a member
of the American Nutrition Association. As a functional and integrative nutritionist, she uses evidencebased practices to look at the root cause and address the whole person. Courtnay is dedicated to partnering closely with patients to empower, educate, and help optimize overall health and wellness.
