Inspire Integrative Medicine offers a full range of Eastern based Holistic approaches as part of our integrative health model. Acupuncture – the insertion of thin needles through the skin at strategic points on the body – addresses a variety of conditions and promotes overall wellness.
Originating in China and rooted in Taoism and Confucianism, ancient Eastern medicine physicians determined that the mind-body balance is the key to optimal wellness, disease prevention and a richer lifetime experience. This is achieved by focusing on restoring balance through incorporating modalities such as acupuncture, Eastern nutrition, manual therapy, and promoting healthy exercise routines.
