He’ll be accompanied by Mariaileen Sourwine M.D., and Registered Dietician Mary Doerschner who will be providing nutritional commentary. You’ll learn how to prepare an easy, heart healthy meal at home using fresh, local ingredients, along with a nutritional analysis. We will be answering your questions live!
Chef Frank is a life-long Italian home cook and semi-retired Information Technology consultant and University professor. He completed his Culinary Degree at the Hotel, Culinary Arts and Tourism (HCAT) Institute at Anne Arundel Community College and is ServeSafe certified in food safety and alcohol education. He is Chef & Owner of Pasticcio di Granito, providing private chef services and Italian baked goods to order. Most importantly, Frank has trained with some of the finest Italian Chefs this side of the Atlantic Ocean – his mother and grandmother! He has worked in several restaurants and works as a Chef Instructor at Bayside Institute and No Thyme to Cook.
